Meetings & Ballots

• Convene and attend the Annual General Meeting, any Special General Meetings and Committee Meetings if required
• Prepare and issue meeting notices to ensure compliance with the Owners Corporation Act
• Prepare financial and management reports for the Annual General Meeting
• Prepare and issue minutes of all meetings in accordance with the Owners Corporation Act
• Prepare and issue all ballots including postal ballots
