Insurance

• Ensure reinstatement and replacement insurance for all buildings on the common property and for incidental costs of the replacement or repair of damaged common property is in place as directed by the Owners Corporation
• Ensure that the Owners Corporation has at a minimum the legislated amount of Public Liability insurance in place
• Arrange for a valuation of the cost of reinstatement and replacement of the buildings as requested by the Owners Corporation
• Prepare, lodge and manage routine insurance claims
• Provide any other insurance services in respect of insurance products offered through the authorising licensees
